2. Use of the Platform

You may use our platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Booking Requests

Booking requests submitted through our platform are not guaranteed until approved by the hostel owner. HostelHub acts as a platform connecting students and hostel owners and is not a party to any agreement between them.

5. Hostel Listings

Hostel owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including room availability, pricing, and descriptions. HostelHub is not liable for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in hostel listings.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Hostel owners may subscribe to paid plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

HostelHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
